A Practice Rooted in
Breath & Meditation
The Architecture of Stillness
My practice is centered on the understanding that the body and mind are not separate, but interrelated, and must be engaged simultaneously. My teaching philosophy is rooted in Anahata—the heart-center—the space where we integrate our physical strength with our emotional clarity. By honoring this connection, we use the body as a gateway to still the mind.
Drawing from the wealth of my various teaching experience and traditional Indian wisdom, I guide each individual toward achieving Shanti, the ancient Sanskrit word for peace. In this practice, we use physical movement and breathwork to achieve calmness, allowing you to carry a sense of profound serenity back into your world with grace and ease.
