From Burnout to Balance
For over 20 years, I gave my heart to the classroom as a K–12 educator. But the relentless pace of an “always on” life - combined with a series of physical accidents - eventually took a profound toll on my body and mental well-being.
I reached a crossroads where I realized that to truly heal, I had to change my life.
I left my full-time teaching career and immersed myself in the restorative power of yoga and meditation. What began as a way to cope became something much deeper - a complete transformation in how I moved, thought, and lived.
That journey led me to complete my 500-hour advanced training across both the US and India, studying under meditation teachers and yogi gurus to understand what I now call the Architecture of Stillness.

I know what it feels like when the weight of life becomes too much to carry - and that understanding shapes everything I offer.
Today, I bring both lived experience and expert training into every session. I don’t just teach poses - I teach the tools that helped me rebuild my life.
